fantastic stay
convenient location friendly staff good shower
I found the location very convenient. Walking to all attractions was easy. staff from the reception desk, breakfast service, and cleaning teams were all friendly. the room offered comfort and a nice shower. security features, like keycard access to lifts and stairs, were reassuring. the rooftop area provides excellent views and a pleasant seating area.
The room decor could use an uplift. It appears somewhat dated.

the breakfast buffet presented a nice, although limited, selection that seemed capable of satisfying diverse palates. breakfast staff were efficient in restocking the food and clearing tables! the experience was good.

The rooftop terrace offered lovely views. It was accessible with a keycard until 10 pm. there is a lovely sitting area there! i liked the views there.

The staff members were universally smiling and friendly. They were also helpful. one staff member was knowledgable about the local area. all members were really good

insufficient sound insulation excessive street noise
The location was acceptable. It allowed easy access to many sights.
The room was a letdown, especially for what I paid. The air conditioning barely worked, and the room became uncomfortably warm at night. Street noise was excessive since the windows did not provide sufficient sound insulation. I was expecting more from this stay.

charming stay
great location fresh breakfast gorgeous view
The location was definitely great with easy access to main streets. breakfast had everything i needed and tasted fresh. the hotel roof offered a gorgeous view. I recommend a visit for city vistas.
the red carpet in the rooms felt a bit outdated. i thought it was a minor detail though

central location comfortable bed helpful staff slow elevator small room dated decor
the location is very central. main attractions are a few minutes walking. beds were comfortable and the breakfast had many options. staff were also helpful and recommended some nice places to visit. overall im very happy.
the elevator was slow. my room felt small and the shower needs an update. the room decor looks dated and needs upliftment. i feel this need some attention.
